To return your order, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. All items must then be sent back to us within 7 days of return confirmation. If you have received a faulty item, then please contact us as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you email confirmation notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed within 7 working days.


Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.


Returns Procedure:
Please email us for the returns address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if the whole order is returned. Items should be returned to us via a signed for or tracked service for full security.
